Yard Helper

The Yard Helper is an entry level reporting to the supervisor. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: maintaining the yards, and driveways to keep clear of debris and weeds, picking up trash, help forklift drivers, and other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• →Maintain yard areas and along driveways to keep free of debris such as metal banding and boards.
• →Operate equipment and tools for seasonal activity (lawn mower, weed eater, etc.)
• →Empty outside trash bins
• →Helping forklift operators as needed ("lookout", helping with chains, etc.)
• →Check in coils with handheld scanner
• →Willing to cross train in other areas.

• Industrial environment. Dusty and noisy work environment within OSHA guidelines. Exposed to outside weather and conditions.
• Able to operate equipment forklifts.
• Required to wear proper PPE in warehouse and yards.
• Able to work overtime as needed.
