🌟 Now Hiring: Part-Time Russian Language Instructors for Ministry of Defense Training in Tokyo 🌟

We are seeking experienced Russian Language Instructors to provide high-level language training for defense attaché (military diplomat) candidates of the Ministry of Defense in Tokyo. The program aims to develop advanced Russian communication skills for discussions on security, diplomacy, and military affairs.

📌 About the Position

📍 Location: In-person in Tokyo (with limited hybrid option)
📅 Contract Period: From the contract start date until March 31, 2027
🕒 Schedule: Flexible shifts. Lesson days and times will be arranged with the student after the contract is finalized.
👤 Lesson Format: 1-on-1 private lessons (1 hour per lesson)

Responsibilities

→Teach Russian conversation, reading, and writing using news and current events.
→Provide guidance on presentations and proofread papers related to security and military affairs.
→Create customized learning plans and final evaluation reports.
→Conduct mini-tests during each lesson and provide study guidance.
→Teaching materials will be provided by the company.

✅ Requirements (Must-Have Qualifications)

✔ At least 1 year of experience teaching Russian.
✔ Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification (4-year university graduate preferred).
✔ Daily conversational proficiency in Japanese for administrative communication.
✔ Must be able to commute to Tansu-machi, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo.

💰 Compensation & Benefits

💴 Hourly Wage:
• Online: 1,500 yen/hour
• In-person: 2,200 yen/hour (Transportation included)

📢 Lesson Format: Fully online teaching is not permitted. Lessons must be conducted either fully in person or through a hybrid combination of in-person and online instruction.
