We are looking for a top technical embedded systems development expert, who will lead the design, architecture, and development of highly complex software solutions. In this role you will be responsible for providing strategic direction, overseeing technical roadmaps, and guiding teams through the most challenging aspects of embedded software engineering.

• →7+ years of commercial development experience with C++,  C, Python
• →Lead the architectural design and development of complex embedded systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance across all projects.
• →Define and design the overall architecture for embedded systems, ensuring compatibility and efficiency with hardware components.
• →Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for software architecture, processes, and systems.
• →Identify technical risks in projects, implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring smooth delivery of software solutions.
• →Mentor senior and junior engineers, providing strategic direction, technical oversight, and career development guidance.
• →English language proficiency 

• Expert in C/C++ for embedded system development, in-depth understanding of low-level programming, memory management, and optimization.
• Expert in embedded system architecture, 
• Proficient in real-time operating systems (RTOS), multi-threaded programming, and synchronization techniques.
• Strong knowledge of microcontrollers, processors, and peripherals, with experience in hardware-software integration and driver development.
• Advanced skills in analyzing and optimizing software performance for real-time applications, including energy efficiency.
• Proficiency in using debugging tools like JTAG, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers for troubleshooting and performance tuning.
• Experience with embedded Linux platforms and kernel module development.
• Knowledge of IoT protocols and wireless communication technologies (e.g., Zigbee, BLE, Wi-Fi, LoRa).
• Familiarity with embedded systems security protocols, encryption techniques, and security best practices.
