Attorney - Real Estate Transactional

SSP Law Co. LPA is seeking a motivated Attorney (Real Estate Transactional) to join its growing Real Estate Transactions practice in the firm's Hyde Park office in Cincinnati, Ohio. For more than 30 years, SSP has anticipated client needs with business-savvy, pragmatic counsel and integrity-driven advocacy.

You'll work closely with clients and help drive sophisticated real estate deals. This is a great fit for a proactive, business-minded attorney who enjoys ownership and wants to build a thriving practice.

• →Entity formation, selection, and structuring
• →Contract drafting, review, negotiation
• →Commercial and retail leasing (draft/review/interpret)
• →Real estate acquisitions/dispositions and title matters
• →Review ALTA surveys, title commitments/policies, and due diligence
• →Support title review and closing matters
• →Exposure to commercial finance/lending (borrower and/or lender) and M&A as applicable

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Licensed in Ohio (good standing)
• 2–8 years real estate transaction experience
• Strong academics, communication, analytical/research/writing skills
• Exceptional attention to detail; manage multiple priorities under deadlines
• Client-first mindset and interest in business development
