Be an instrumental part of an estimating team for preparing cost estimates for bidding of heavy civil public works construction projects with a focus on water, wastewater and stormwater ranging from $5 million to $250 million+ including all essential elements and steps necessary for a successful bid; receiving and reviewing bid documents; assuming responsibilities for estimate development from quantity takeoffs to bid submission.
