As an Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) Engineer, you will: Manage and maintain AKS clusters to ensure availability, scalability, and security. Create and manage Helm charts for efficient application deployment. Optimize AKS resources for performance and cost efficiency. Implement monitoring and troubleshooting strategies for Kubernetes environments. Collaborate with networking, security, and storage services to ensure system stability. Conduct root cause analysis and apply solutions to maintain a reliable infrastructure. What You Bring to the Table: 5+ years of experience in cloud environments, specifically with Azure and Kubernetes. Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, container orchestration, Helm charts, and Docker. Strong understanding of Ingress management and CNI/Calico networking in Kubernetes. Experience in Infrastructure as Code (IAC) using Bicep, Terraform, or ARM. Expertise in Cloud security & networking, including NSG/NSP, and Active Directory (AD) integration. Proficient in cloud-native services and Azure PaaS. Experience with application gateway integration and troubleshooting. Strong knowledge of monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for Kubernetes clusters. You should possess the ability to: Effectively manage complex AKS environments to ensure high availability and performance. Automate infrastructure deployments using IAC tools like Terraform, Bicep, or ARM. Troubleshoot and optimize Kubernetes environments for cost efficiency and reliability. Configure and maintain cloud networking components for secure and scalable deployments. Implement monitoring and alerting systems to proactively resolve issues in AKS environments. Collaborate cross-functionally with security and infrastructure teams to improve system stability.
