As a Business Analyst, you will: Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring smooth collaboration across multiple stakeholders. Drive end-to-end implementation of credit risk regulatory and policy framework projects. Facilitate workshops, discussions, and alignment sessions to translate regulatory requirements into actionable solutions. Support design, development, and deployment of risk models and processes. Explore opportunities to leverage AI/ML/GenAI in credit risk management to improve efficiency and compliance outcomes. What You Bring to the Table: 6–8 years of experience in credit risk management, risk policy implementation, or regulatory change programs. Proven ability to manage and align diverse stakeholders across business and technology domains. Hands-on experience with credit risk frameworks (e.g., Basel, IFRS 9, Stress Testing, Internal Rating Models). Familiarity with regulatory reporting and governance processes. Awareness or working knowledge of AI/ML/GenAI applications in financial risk or compliance domains (preferred). You Should Possess the Ability to: Communicate complex technical and regulatory topics clearly to both business and technical audiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, managing expectations and ensuring timely delivery. Anticipate risks, raise issues proactively, and drive resolution.
