Enterprise Architect (ID:3235)

As an Enterprise Architect, you will: Lead greenfield transformations and implementations, owning the entire solution lifecycle across multiple systems from development to production using DevOps practices. Ensure adherence to industry standards, architecture principles, and clean code practices across the development team. Guide and support team members in realizing desired results while fostering a culture of critical thinking and collaboration. Contribute to software architecture and technical design, ensuring scalable, maintainable, and efficient solutions. Maintain up-to-date documentation, including technical designs, BPML diagrams, and solution architecture specifications. Focus on optimizing operational costs and driving high-quality delivery within Agile startup methodologies. Oversee the end-to-end integration of internal, external, and third-party systems. Motivate teams to deliver beyond expectations while balancing decision-making processes collaboratively. What You Bring to the Table: 4–6 years of relevant experience in solution design and architecture, with over 10 years overall experience in building and delivering software solutions. Proven expertise in asset management and/or field service management solutions. Experience in managing overarching solution designs and end-to-end system integrations. Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, Agile methodologies, and startup environments. Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably IFS and/or Maximo. Knowledge of electricity transmission and distribution is an added advantage. Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills in English; Dutch language skills are a plus. Ability to ensure technical standards compliance, cost efficiency, and team motivation. You should possess the ability to: Lead complex, multi-system transformation projects from concept to production. Define and enforce architecture standards, clean code practices, and best practices. Drive technical decisions while fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment. Analyze business and technical requirements to design scalable, maintainable solutions.
