One Identity Specialist (ID: 2866)

As a One Identity Specialist, you will: Lead and manage technical delivery in identity and access management (IAM) projects, particularly involving One Identity Manager. Act as a technical lead on international client projects, ensuring delivery excellence and adherence to architectural best practices. Provide post-production deployment support, addressing complex technical issues and driving continuous improvements. Design, develop, and implement IAM solutions, including integration with enterprise systems such as Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange/Office 365, SAP, PeopleSoft, LDAP, and others. Develop and customize WebUI components using AngularJS and VB.Net. Create custom connectors and integrations to support provisioning and synchronization/reconciliation tasks. What You Bring to the Table: 8–10 years of total experience in the IT industry. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with identity management tools. At least 2 years of experience working as a Solution Architect in the Identity & Access Management (IAM) domain. Proficient with One Identity Manager interfaces and tools including Manager, Designer, Web Designer, Object Browser, Data Importer, Job Queue Info, Transporter, and schema extensions. Expertise in integrating enterprise applications and systems with identity management platforms. Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server (writing and optimizing complex queries, understanding views, tables, and stored procedures). Solid development experience with VB.Net and AngularJS. Prior experience working with international clients and in Agile environments is a plus. You should possess the ability to: Lead technical discussions and architecture planning with stakeholders and clients. Develop scalable and secure IAM solutions aligned with business and technical requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues during and after deployment. Guide junior team members and provide mentorship as a technical leader. Effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
