Senior Network Engineer (ID: 4096)

As a Senior Network Engineer, you will Design, implement, configure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure across LAN, WAN, WLAN, and SD-WAN environments. Configure, manage, and troubleshoot network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and VPN solutions. Monitor network performance, availability, and security to ensure reliable and uninterrupted business operations. Diagnose complex network issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective actions to minimize downtime. Implement and maintain network security controls, access management policies, and compliance standards. Manage network security technologies, including firewalls, Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), Network Access Control (NAC), and Intrusion Detection and Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS). Support cloud and data center networking across Azure, AWS, and hybrid cloud environments. Execute network upgrades, infrastructure migrations, capacity planning, and disaster recovery activities. Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud engineering, and cybersecurity teams to deliver secure and scalable network solutions. Maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, configuration records, and operational procedures. Identify opportunities to improve network performance, reliability, scalability, and security. Support enterprise infrastructure modernization and digital transformation initiatives. What You Bring to the Table 10+ years of professional experience in enterprise networking, network infrastructure, network security, or related IT infrastructure roles. Strong expertise in LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, routing, and switching technologies. Hands-on experience configuring and managing routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and VPN solutions. Practical knowledge of network security technologies, including NAC, IDS/IPS, access control, and security best practices. Experience with cloud networking across Microsoft Azure, AWS, and hybrid cloud environments. Understanding of data center networking, network architecture, and enterprise connectivity. Experience in network monitoring, performance optimization, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. Knowledge of network migrations, upgrades, capacity planning, and disaster recovery procedures. Familiarity with security compliance requirements and enterprise infrastructure documentation. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. You Should Possess the Ability to Design and implement secure, reliable, and scalable enterprise network architectures. Configure and troubleshoot routing, switching, firewall, VPN, and connectivity issues. Identify network performance bottlenecks and implement optimization measures. Conduct root cause analysis for complex network incidents and recommend preventive solutions. Implement network security controls and access management practices in line with organizational standards. Support secure connectivity between on-premises infrastructure, cloud platforms, and data centers. Plan and execute network upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure changes with minimal operational disruption. Collaborate effectively with cloud, infrastructure, and cybersecurity teams. Maintain accurate network documentation and communicate technical issues and solutions clearly. Contribute to disaster recovery planning, infrastructure resilience, and continuous service improvement.
