Senior Salesforce Developer (ID: 3841)

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will: Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions leveraging standard Salesforce platform capabilities. Configure and enhance Salesforce Lightning Platform features, including Flows, Approval Processes, Security Models, and Automation components. Develop and manage Salesforce environments across development, testing, staging, and production landscapes. Implement and support CI/CD processes for Salesforce deployments, ensuring reliable and efficient release management. Design and implement integration solutions between Salesforce and external enterprise applications using established integration patterns. Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions. Ensure adherence to security, governance, compliance, and quality assurance standards within the Salesforce ecosystem. Support Agile delivery processes, actively participating in Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives. Troubleshoot complex platform, integration, and deployment issues while providing sustainable solutions. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across development, deployment, and operational processes. What You Bring to the Table: 6–8 years of experience in Salesforce development, administration, or platform engineering. Strong expertise in Salesforce Lightning Platform and standard Salesforce capabilities. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows, Approval Processes, Security Models, Profiles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Rules. Solid understanding of Salesforce environment management and release processes. Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments. Strong knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns, APIs, and enterprise application integrations. Experience working within Agile Scrum delivery environments. Understanding of software quality assurance, testing methodologies, and governance processes. Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently while maintaining high levels of ownership and accountability. You Should Possess the Ability to: Design scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements. Manage Salesforce environments and deployment lifecycles effectively. Drive end-to-end delivery of Salesforce enhancements and integrations. Analyze business challenges and translate them into technical solutions.
