TIBCO BWCE Integration Developer (ID:3806)

As a TIBCO BWCE Integration Developer, you will: Design, develop, deploy, and maintain enterprise integration solutions using TIBCO BWCE and TIBCO BusinessWorks 6.x. Build and support API, middleware, and service integration solutions based on SOA and ESB architectures. Develop and manage file transfer processes, integration workflows, and enterprise service implementations. Create, enhance, and decommission integration processes in line with evolving business requirements. Support migration projects involving TIBCO applications, services, and infrastructure. Configure and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions using Splunk and Dynatrace. Develop and maintain YAML configurations for containerized and cloud-native deployments. Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to deliver secure and scalable integration solutions. Troubleshoot complex production issues, including performance bottlenecks, thread dumps, memory leaks, and integration failures. Participate in CI/CD implementation, DevOps practices, Agile ceremonies, and continuous improvement initiatives. Configure and support Linux and Windows-based environments hosting integration services. Ensure enterprise-grade security, reliability, and operational excellence across all integration platforms. What You Bring to the Table: 6+ years of experience in enterprise integration and middleware development. Strong hands-on expertise with TIBCO BWCE and TIBCO BusinessWorks 6.x. Experience working with YAML configurations and containerized deployments. Strong knowledge of Java, JavaScript, SQL, SOAP, REST APIs, JSON, XML, and UML. Deep understanding of XML technologies including XSD, DTD, XSLT, and XPath. Proven experience with SOA, ESB, and Enterprise Integration Architecture. Experience configuring monitoring, alerting, and dashboards using Splunk and Dynatrace. Knowledge of TIBCO ecosystem products such as EMS, FTL, eFTL, Mashery, Administrator, TRA, Hawk, Adapters, and Plugins. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Agile Scrum methodologies. Familiarity with Azure cloud services and cloud-native integration patterns. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and production support capabilities. You Should Possess the Ability to: Design scalable and secure enterprise integration solutions. Diagnose and resolve complex middleware, performance, and infrastructure issues. Build reusable and maintainable integration services and APIs. Support modernization and migration initiatives involving TIBCO platforms. Configure monitoring frameworks and proactively identify operational risks. Work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate effectively with business, development, infrastructure, and operations teams. Drive automation, operational excellence, and continuous platform improvements. Adapt quickly to new technologies and evolving integration requirements.
