Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution and growth of a strategic new product line, Fan Edition.
Fan Edition is our purpose-built solution for the fan merchandise market, connecting ordering, personalization, production, and fulfillment to create better experiences for fans, sports organizations, licensees, and retailers. From in-venue customization to connected retail experiences, Fan Edition enables fans to personalize merchandise while giving operators the visibility and control they need to fulfill those orders accurately and efficiently.
In this role, you will own the Fan Edition product experience end-to-end, shaping product strategy and roadmap while working closely with customers, partners, and stakeholders to identify the highest-value opportunities. You will translate the unique needs of sports organizations, licensees, retailers, venues, and fans into scalable product capabilities and work across Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and other teams to bring them to market.
This is an opportunity to help build and scale a new product at the intersection of fan commerce, personalization, and on-demand fulfillment. You will play a central role in defining how Fan Edition evolves from its early market offering into a differentiated, scalable product line.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Fan Edition product strategy and roadmap, establishing priorities that balance customer needs, market opportunities, technical considerations, and business goals.
- Develop a deep understanding of sports organizations, licensees, retailers, venue operators, and fans, using customer discovery, field observation, product feedback, and data to identify opportunities and guide product decisions.
- Own the end-to-end Fan Edition experience, spanning fan ordering and product customization, inventory visibility, production workflows, order status, and pickup.
- Define scalable capabilities that support Fan Edition across different sports, teams, venues, retail environments, and fulfillment models, while avoiding unnecessary one-off customer solutions.
- Partner closely with Engineering and UX Design to translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements, manage priorities and tradeoffs, and deliver high-quality product experiences.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other commercial teams on go-to-market strategy, demos, launches, and sales enablement, helping the organization clearly communicate Fan Edition’s value proposition.
- Lead early customer implementations and pilot programs, using learnings to rapidly improve the product and establish repeatable implementation patterns.
- Understand the broader fan merchandise, licensed sports, personalization, and retail technology landscape and identify opportunities to differentiate Fan Edition.
- Define and monitor product and business success metrics, including adoption, customer outcomes, and other measures of Fan Edition growth.
- Communicate product strategy, priorities, customer insights, decisions, and progress clearly to stakeholders and company leadership.
Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management or adjacent functions (UX Design, Product Marketing, etc.), preferably with B2B SaaS, eCommerce, retail technology, or platform products.
- Proven success owning products end-to-end, from customer discovery and strategy through delivery, launch, measurement, and iteration.
- Experience launching or scaling new products or product lines, with comfort operating in an environment where the product, market, and operating model are still evolving.
- Strong customer discovery skills and the ability to turn complex workflows and diverse stakeholder needs into simple, scalable product experiences.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to use qualitative and quantitative information to prioritize opportunities and make product decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work effectively across Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and leadership.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, make thoughtful tradeoffs, and maintain momentum in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer focus and empathy, with a passion for delivering measurable customer and business value.
- Resilience, curiosity, creative problem-solving, and the capacity to learn quickly.
- Deep familiarity with Agile product development methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Experience with sports, licensed merchandise, fan commerce, retail/POS, apparel decoration, or print-on-demand is a plus.
If you’re passionate about building new products, creating exceptional fan and customer experiences, and solving challenging problems that bridge software and the physical world, we’d love to hear from you.
