In order for OCTO to continue supporting Starbucks Technology, I recommend that we backfill our application developer who is responsible for building and maintaining reporting dashboards, power applications, and ensuring data integrity between the systems. As we change how we deliver support, having someone embedded within the OCTO team who can build new tools and update existing ones will be imperative. Role Purpose This position owns the development, sustainment, and enhancement of reporting, dashboards, and Power Platform solutions that enable visibility into financials, delivery performance, and portfolio health. These systems are foundational for our ST leaders to have the information about their portfolios and operations at their fingertips. Key Responsibilities * Reporting and Analytics to drive the progress of KPIs and goals of the leadership teams via data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) * Configure data (both real time and auditable) to be leveraged by ST leaders for decision making * Power Platform and Agent Development to drive speed to market for the changing needs of our organization and integrate with enterprise solutions * Operational Support and Enhancement of OCTO owned tools (Stage Gates, Cost Op, SHOTs, APIT) Skills Set * Strong experience with Power Apps and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) * Experience with enterprise data tools (optional) * Ability to adapt quickly to changing technology landscape with GenAI As a Starbucks partner, you (and your family) will have access to medical, dental, vision, basic and supplemental life insurance, and other voluntary insurance benefits. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge and skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.
