The recruiter, Emerging Talent, advances inclusive, data-informed strategies to attract and hire high-quality emerging talent. This role manages full-cycle recruiting across assigned portfolio, partners with hiring managers and HR partners, and builds relationships with universities, faculty, student organizations, and other external partners. The recruiter also supports the planning and execution of summer programming, recruiting events, and intern engagement activities while using recruiting metrics, market insights, and intern feedback to improve the overall experience. As a recruiter, Emerging Talent, you will… * Execute full-cycle recruiting strategy for emerging talent * Coordinate programming and engagement activities, inclusive of on-site campus recruiting (up to 10% travel) * Build strategic partnerships internally and externally * Use insights to improve outcomes related to quality of hire and program quality We’d love to hear from people with: * 3 years experience recruiting in a high growth, fast -paced environment * 3 years experience developing hiring manager capabilities and advising businesses on the most effective hiring strategies * 2 years experience in university, campus, early-career, internship, or emerging talent recruiting, including program planning and execution * Demonstrated agility and an ability to balance multiple/competing priorities As a Starbucks partner, you (and your family) will have access to medical, dental, vision, basic and supplemental life insurance, and other voluntary insurance benefits. For additional information regarding partner perks and more detailed information about benefits, go to starbucksbenefits.com. *If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.
