About the Role
~1 min readThe Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting and executing Field Marketing events and programs for both prospects and customers to support business growth. This role will support the creation and execution of customer and prospect programs geared toward executive decision-makers and curated executive-level field marketing events with a focus on pipeline generation. The role will support tactical items that align with the Regional Sales Leadership, Regional Sales teams, as well as Marketing leadership. The successful candidate will be expected to collaborate and execute while maintaining a metric-driven success criteria and approach.
- Support the planning and execution of field marketing programs and events that align with Starburst’s broader marketing and sales objectives, ensuring flawless logistics, strong cross-team collaboration, and impactful experiences that help generate pipeline and strengthen customer relationships.
- Plan and execute field marketing programs that support regional pipeline goals.
- Partner with sales to identify priorities, target accounts, and event opportunities.
- Manage in-person and virtual events, roundtables, sponsorships, and customer programs.
- Collaborate with partner marketing, product marketing, and content teams on campaign execution.
- Track program performance, report results, and recommend optimizations.
- Own event logistics, budgets, timelines, and vendor coordination.
- Support sales enablement with event descriptions, talking points, and follow-up materials.
- 3+ years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or related B2B marketing roles.
- Strong project management and event execution skills.
- Ability to collaborate across sales, marketing, and external partners.
- Experience with pipeline-focused marketing programs and performance reporting.
- Willingness to travel for field events.
- Highly detail-oriented and creative, thriving in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
- Passionate about creative thinking and experiential event planning, with a focus on delivering memorable, measurable, and impactful experiences.
- Experience in B2B software, data, or infrastructure marketing.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, marketing automation tools, and event platforms.
- Experience supporting regional or partner-led programs.
