- Responsible for completing written responses to inquiries from prospective platforms and existing clients, including writing and editing content, working with cross-functional teams to obtain the necessary information, and ensuring that the final product is accurate and delivered on time.
- Critically assess the accuracy and relevance of content provided by cross-functional team members in response to DDQs/RFPs.
- Contribute to the refinement and implementation of internal AI initiatives designed to pre-populate and streamline questionnaire responses
- Manage and maintain the private wealth central database of responses to ensure content is kept up to date.
- Respond to ad hoc requests initiated by platforms seeking deeper analysis of performance metrics, portfolio construction, or underlying investments.
- Collaborate with portfolio managers, BD leadership, investment, legal, compliance, fund accounting, and portfolio analytics teams to synthesize insights across performance drivers, capital deployment dynamics, fundraising trends, portfolio evolution, and competitive positioning.
- Maintain a high standard of data integrity and presentation quality across all portfolio-related deliverables.
- Contribute to the development of portfolio narratives and reusable content for quarterly updates and platform communications.
- Assist with various projects to streamline internal processes.
- Strong ability to focus on the task at hand with an attention of the final deadline associated with the project or deliverable.
Requirements
~1 min read- Undergraduate degree / higher education qualification in finance, business, data science, or liberal arts.
- Experience with related financial services (private equity, investment banking, asset management, investor relations and/or consulting) is a plus.
- Highly motivated self-starter, with demonstrated history of taking initiative, being adaptive in a fast-changing environment, and working independently.
- Candidate should be an energetic, self-motivated, and team-oriented individual who thrives in high-performance environments and maintains composure and precision under tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and commitment to developing deep private markets expertise.
- Demonstrated interest in financial technology, automation, and AI-enabled workflow optimization.
- Excellent report writing and communication skills.
- High level of confidentiality and understanding regulatory boundaries with sharing information.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to be flexible with changing priorities and company growth.
- Ability to take ownership and accountability.
