The Senior Manager, New Services Enablement & Execution turns the New Services strategy into reality, bringing new service opportunities to life from discovery and in-store pilot through full-scale rollout. This role provides strategic leadership and owns the execution layer, designing the processes, timelines, and cross-functional support needed to launch each service and ensuring the services ecosystem operates as a connected whole. The role runs on aggressive speed-to-market timelines and a fast test-and-learn mentality and will help lead the team's transition from a lean agile model to a funnel (stage-gate) methodology as the portfolio grows. Success requires an ingrained start-up mentality: a strategic mindset, accountability, business drive, resiliency, curiosity, and critical problem solving, with the adaptability to solve problems on the fly and the tenacity to deliver programs on time while proactively removing barriers.
