The Clinical Care Pharmacist manages patient and provider communications, ensures accurate prescription processing, and performs pre-verification to uphold quality control and compliance according to Strive Pharmacy SOPs.

Responsibilities

Join the forefront of healthcare excellence, where you'll be:

→Checking entered prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness
→Performing calculations to ensure ingredients within a formula are measured and utilized properly
→Managing inbound and outbound communications with patients and providers.
→Counseling patients
→Offering guidance to providers regarding appropriate therapy and dosing for optimal individualized care

Requirements

Minimum of Bachelor of Science (BS) in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) Degree
Active AZ Pharmacist license

Customer service experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Understanding of state laws
Strong multitasking skills
Ability to read and apply clinical knowledge
Experience with call center software

This position is primarily based in an onsite work environment. The role requires regular periods of sitting, standing, and computer use, with occasional lifting as needed. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.
