We make it easier for our customers to transact, manage, and grow deals across AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Alibaba, Oracle and Snowflake, creating a smoother buying experience for their customers. We’ve grown quickly by becoming the end-to-end orchestration system for the fastest growing sales channel (B2B Cloud Marketplaces) leveraging AI and integrations with core systems. Today, we work with over 250 B2B customers, ranging from large enterprises like Snowflake and Intel to fast-growing startups like Glean and Vanta. 

About the Role

You'll own hiring across GTM, Engineering & Product, and Finance & Ops - while also supporting HR administration for our Canadian employees. It's a high-ownership, low-bureaucracy role for someone who can hit the ground running and doesn't need a lot of hand-holding.

This role will work in a hybrid model with 4 days per week in our Downtown Vancouver office.

  • Partner with hiring managers across GTM, Engineering & Product, and Finance & Ops to define needs and scorecards
  • Own the full candidate journey - sourcing, screening, interview coordination, debrief facilitation, and offers
  • Build pipelines via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools (Gem & Juicebox)
  • Maintain clean ATS hygiene and keep stakeholders updated on pipeline status
  • Support people operations/admin tasks as needed
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a B2B SaaS or high-growth startup environment
  • Proven ability to run searches across GTM and/or technical roles
  • Working knowledge of Canadian employment law and HR administration
  • Strong communication - you know how to write outreach that gets replies and keep candidates engaged
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, an ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, or similar)
  • The salary range: CAD $75K - $90K/year, depending on experience, market location, and overall fit for the role
