Responsibilities

→Greet customers warmly and assist with purchases or inquiries.
→Operate the cash register or POS system, process sales, and handle money accurately, including making change.
→Restock products, including food and non-food supplies, and ensure the kiosk remains clean and organized.
→Handle customer concerns professionally or escalate them to a manager if necessary.
→Perform opening and closing duties, such as counting cash and checking inventory.
→Work independently, manage multiple tasks, and follow written and verbal instructions.
→Provide excellent customer service with a strong work ethic.
→Must be able to cover for the Greeter at times.
→Perform additional tasks as needed to support the centers.

Excellent verbal communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Ability to use office equipment, including computers, registers, calculators, and more.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
