Performs general clerical duties that assist one or more areas of the Department.
Responsibilities
~1 min read1. Answers department phones and monitors departmental schedules to respond to various inquiries.
2. Backup for Phones/Switchboard as applicable.
3. May order supplies and voucher invoices for payment.
4. Opens, date stamps and distributes department mail.
5. Types correspondence and does various filing.
Requirements
~1 min read1. Basic typing, phone skills and filing.
2. High School office cooperative program/or high school diploma or equivalent.
3. Proficient use of all Microsoft Office Suite programs

7. Will use telephone, computer system, email, and other electronic devices on a frequent basis to communicate with internal and external customers or vendors
