AWS Partner Marketing Manager

Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.

This role sits within the AWS partnership team and drives Supabase's and AWS's joint co-marketing and GTM motion in support of segments like gaming, enterprise, startups, and AI.

As Supabase drives investment into gaming, enterprise, and startup segments, each motion needs co-marketing execution and enablement content to land with AWS field teams and partners. This role owns that work directly: producing the content, case studies, and campaign support tied to AWS co-owned initiatives.

You'll work closely with the segment leads driving each motion and with the Alliances Lead, translating segment strategy into the campaigns and content that actually reach AWS field teams and partners.

  Produce co-marketing content and enablement assets (case studies, campaign materials, partner-facing documentation) for our gaming, enterprise, startup, and AI segments

  Plan and execute joint campaigns with AWS field and marketing teams, from initial concept through launch

  Support AWS-funded marketing engagements and executive-facing events with content and coordination

  Build and maintain enablement materials that keep our partner-facing teams and AWS contacts current on Supabase's story

  Identify the right audiences and contacts for campaigns, partnering with RevOps and marketing tooling as needed

• 3-5+ years in partner marketing or co-marketing, ideally with experience working alongside a major cloud provider like AWS or similar strategic partner

• Strong writer and communicator, able to turn technical products and partnerships into clear, compelling narratives

• Execution-oriented. This role is about shipping campaigns and content, not managing a mature, fully-staffed program

• High degree of autonomy and external credibility. You lead your own workstreams, close loops, and represent Supabase in high-stakes partner discussions independently

• Experience with AWS Partner Central, ACE, and Marketplace mechanisms is a plus
