This role will play a key part in unlocking growth opportunities, improving partner performance, and removing operational bottlenecks. By strengthening data accuracy, reporting, and financial alignment, we expect to drive greater efficiency and stronger revenue outcomes.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Monitor, analyze, and optimize key performance metrics (CPA, LTV, ROI, ARPU) across all markets
- →Support day-to-day affiliate operations through data-driven insights, reporting, and performance analysis
- →Provide actionable insights to support business decisions across all SUPER markets
- →Partner with Finance on revenue planning and forecasting
- →Support commercial strategy and P&L tracking, ensuring performance aligns with revenue and profitability targets
- →Collaborate with BI and Martech teams to enhance tracking, attribution, and overall data accuracy
- →Assist with reconciliation and validation of performance and financial metrics, ensuring alignment across systems and platforms
- →Develop and maintain a centralized data repository and dashboards to track performance and support decision-making
- →Work closely with Affiliate and Commercial teams to identify growth opportunities and optimize partner performance
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Economics or related field
- Experience in data and/or business analysis, financial planning, process improvement roles, preferably in a fast-paced, digital-first or consumer-focused industry
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (modeling) and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Experience working with large datasets and performing forecasting, trend analysis, and performance tracking and optimization
- Ability to support growth strategies and identify key drivers for acquisition and efficiency
- Experience with process automation and data workflow optimization
- Building dashboards and reports that translate complex data into clear business and actionable insights
- Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams (Commercial, Tech, Finance)
- Previous experience in iGaming, online gambling, or affiliate marketing is a plus
