We're looking for a creative, strategic, and results-oriented Senior Recruitment Marketing Specialist to help strengthen our employer brand and attract top talent across North America. In this high-impact role, you'll lead innovative recruitment marketing initiatives that position DHL Supply Chain as an employer of choice while supporting business growth through effective talent attraction strategies.

  • Design and execute targeted, multi-channel recruitment marketing campaigns that attract high-quality talent. 
  • Build and enhance DHL Supply Chain's employer brand presence across digital and traditional recruiting channels. 
  • Develop compelling content and messaging that supports candidate attraction and engagement. 
  • Manage recruitment marketing campaigns across social media platforms, job boards, career sites, events, and other channels. 
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring leaders to provide effective marketing tools, content, and resources that strengthen sourcing efforts. 
  • Partner with Corporate Communications to ensure alignment with enterprise branding, messaging, and marketing initiatives. 
  • Integrate recruitment marketing efforts with broader DHL Supply Chain content and social media strategies. 
  • Ensure brand consistency across all candidate-facing channels and touchpoints. 
  • Optimize the candidate journey through engaging, timely, and brand-aligned content and communications. 
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, creative partners, media vendors, and branding partners as the primary point of contact. 
  • Lead recruitment marketing projects from strategy and planning through execution, measurement, and continuous improvement. 
  • Track, analyze, and report on recruitment marketing performance metrics, recruitment marketing effectiveness and candidate engagement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Business, or 4+ years of experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, talent acquisition marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience developing and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience working with social media platforms, recruitment advertising, content creation, and digital marketing tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience measuring campaign performance using data and reporting tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
