Training Supervisor

We are seeking a Training Supervisor with a strong background in Training and/or Quality within a warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, or similar operational environment for our site in Cowpens, SC. The ideal candidate will have experience developing and reinforcing training programs that ensure employees follow established processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

• Training and/or Quality experience within a manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or similar operational environment.
• Experience delivering compliance training and reinforcing adherence to established procedures.
• Experience with document control, SOPs, work instructions, and process updates.
• Strong hands-on training experience with frontline associates.
• Experience training employees on packaging processes, process adherence, and quality standards

Develop, administer, and conduct training and safety programs and activities for associates and ensure all processes are documented to meet company, regulatory, ISO and corporate requirements.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience, preferred

• 1-3 years logistics or manufacturing industry, preferred

• 1-3 years experience in lead, supervisor or management role, required
