Senior Manager, Data Analytics

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Data Analytics to join our Finance Team. This individual will report into our Vice President of FP&A and Analytics and will oversee a team of Data Analysts and a Data Scientist. They will drive high-impact insights and measurement, and lead the evaluation and rollout of scalable self-serve analytics with strong governance. This role requires strong stakeholder leadership, a practical understanding of data architecture, and familiarity working in a Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment. While our current collaboration model is centralized, this individual will help evolve our model over time as our business needs grow.

This remote position is open to individuals who live in, or are open to relocating to, the following states: Arizona, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Washington.

This position requires travel to our headquarters in Melville, NY 6 times per year for internal meetings and team building activities. Additional travel may be required based on department and company needs. We reimburse reasonable and necessary travel expenses, and you’re also welcome to work on-site anytime beyond these visits – our doors are always open.

• →Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• →7+ years of experience in Analytics/BI/Data (or equivalent)
• →3+ years of people management experience
• →​Proven experience delivering dashboards, reporting, and developing insights and analysis across multiple business functions
• →Strong SQL skills and ability to review analytics work for correctness and performance
• →Hands-on experience with modern BI tools (e.g.: Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Mode, ThoughtSpot, or similar)
• →Demonstrated ability to define metrics/KPIs, align stakeholders, and build scalable self-serve analytics
• →Familiarity working in a GCP environment (e.g.: BigQuery-centric analytics workflows)
• →Working knowledge of data architecture concepts (e.g.: data warehousing/lakehouse patterns, dimensional modeling, ETL/ELT, and governance)
