→Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and temporary employees in both English and Spanish
→Recruit, screen, interview, and onboard qualified candidates
→Source candidates through job boards, resume databases, referrals, and recruiting platforms
→Match candidate skills and experience with client staffing needs
→Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and temporary associates
→Conduct follow-up calls to ensure employee satisfaction and successful placements
→Assist Spanish-speaking applicants and employees throughout the hiring and onboarding process
→Generate and develop new business opportunities through sales and networking efforts
→Perform client service calls and outside sales visits to maintain and grow business partnerships
→Promote Surge Staffing services and identify additional staffing solutions for customers
→Support branch operations through administrative and data entry tasks
→Assist with employee coaching, performance management, and retention efforts
→Resolve employee and client concerns in a professional and timely manner
→Support branch growth initiatives and contribute to overall revenue goals

Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
Minimum of 1 year of sales experience required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, human resources, customer service, or business development preferred
Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated, team-oriented, and results-driven mindset
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally to client locations as needed
Professional phone presence and customer-focused attitude
