Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in keeping production equipment operating safely and efficiently while supporting continuous improvement throughout the facility.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will:

• →Perform maintenance and repairs on plant and production equipment.
• →Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and production equipment issues.
• →Maintain auxiliary equipment including air compressors, ventilation systems, dust collection systems, cooling systems, and power systems.
• →Assist with equipment cleanouts during product changeovers.
• →Work closely with production personnel and automation staff to resolve equipment failures.
• →Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment.
• →Execute electrical and electronic maintenance tasks.
• →Maintain an organized spare parts inventory.
• →Follow all workplace safety procedures and company policies.
• →Utilize 6S principles to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• →Provide production support and serve as backup to the production team when needed.
• →Participate in an on-call rotation to support off-shift maintenance needs.

• College training in industrial maintenance or 3–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Ability to read and interpret maintenance documentation and equipment manuals.
• Willingness to provide on-call support outside of regular working hours.
• Industrial electrical and electronic experience preferred.
• Siemens PLC experience is a plus.
• Forklift experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

• Frequently lift up to 10 pounds.
• Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, crouch, climb, and balance throughout the workday.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment around production equipment.
