We’re looking for a motivated, curious, and analytical Operations Intern to support key projects and initiatives that are driving our success and aligned to our biggest priorities in our Customer Success org. This is a hands-on opportunity to see how a high-growth company scales its operations and successfully supports thousands of customers each quarter.
This position reports to the Senior Manager of Post Sales-Operations.
- Operational Support: Contribute to projects and reports that help track success metrics and key performance indicators.
- Data Management: Help audit and review various reports and metrics to ensure consistency across teams
- Insight Generation: Clean and organize data to help identify trends, presenting your findings to stakeholders
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with various stakeholders to help support ongoing programs, projects, and initiatives.
- Academic Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Analytical Mindset: A strong comfort level with numbers and an interest in providing insights.
- Technical Foundations: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables) and Google Suite. Previous exposure to Salesforce is a major plus but not required.
- Communication: Ability to communicate clearly in written and oral English; you should be comfortable explaining the "why" behind the data.
- Adaptability: A "no task is too small" attitude and a desire to learn in a fast-paced environment.
The hourly pay provided for this position is from CAD $34.00 / hour depending on geographic market and assuming a full-time schedule. Actual hourly pay is based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education or training, skills, and experience.
