Swingtech Consulting is seeking an ISO 9001 Quality Management Advisor to lead quality documentation and provide expert guidance on international documentation and quality-management standards for a federal professional services program.

The selected candidate will identify, analyze, and resolve problems that may affect service quality and will support development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality management processes and documentation.

Responsibilities

  • →Lead development, review, and maintenance of ISO-related quality documentation.
  • →Apply international documentation and quality-management standards to program operations.
  • →Support implementation and maintenance of an ISO-aligned quality management system.
  • →Identify, analyze, and resolve problems that could affect service quality.
  • →Conduct quality reviews, process assessments, gap analyses, and root-cause analyses.
  • →Develop or review quality plans, procedures, process documentation, and corrective actions.
  • →Apply Lean Six Sigma methods to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
  • →Advise program leadership and federal stakeholders on quality risks and improvement opportunities.
  • →Monitor quality issues and support corrective and preventive actions.
  • →Promote continuous improvement across program operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of specific relevant experience.
  • Master’s degree in a related field or 16 years of experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise with ISO practices, quality management, and international documentation standards.
  • Experience leading development or maintenance of ISO-related documentation.
  • Experience identifying, analyzing, and resolving problems affecting service quality.
  • An ISO-related credential.
  • A Lean Six Sigma credential.
