The Senior Project Coordinator supports the successful planning, execution, and delivery of complex cross-functional initiatives within a medical device organization. This role partners with stakeholders across R&D, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Commercial teams to ensure projects remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate has experience managing projects involving regulated products, product lifecycle management, and complex product portfolios.

- Coordinate and support multiple cross-functional projects from initiation through implementation.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and status reports.
- Facilitate collaboration between technical, operational, and commercial teams.
- Track project deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items.
- Support product development, product launch, remediation, and lifecycle management activities.
- Prepare project documentation, meeting agendas, minutes, decision logs, and executive updates.
- Monitor project performance and provide recommendations to address schedule or resource constraints.
- Ensure compliance with applicable medical device regulations, quality systems, and company procedures.
- Assist with governance activities, including steering committee meetings and leadership reviews.
- Coordinate change management, communication plans, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance project execution and operational effectiveness.
- Maintain project data within project management tools and reporting systems.
Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
- PMP, CAPM, Agile, or similar project management certification preferred.
Technical Experience:
- 5+ years of project coordination, project management, or PMO experience.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Experience supporting complex cross-functional initiatives within the medical device, healthcare, life sciences, or highly regulated industries.
- Experience with FDA-regulated products and medical device quality systems preferred
- Experience working with product development, manufacturing, quality, and regulatory teams.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar project management tools.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Design Controls, Risk Management, CAPA, and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes preferred.
- Experience supporting product launches, acquisitions, integrations, or transformation initiatives.
- Experience working with global teams and external partners.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $80,000 yearly in our lowest geographic market up to $95,000 yearly in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
