We are looking for an experienced BI Developer to join our team and take ownership of designing and delivering high-quality reporting and analytics solutions. In this role, you will transform data into meaningful insights by building scalable dashboards, reports, and analytical models that support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
You will work closely with data engineers and business stakeholders to ensure data is modeled, visualized, and delivered in a way that drives real business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop advanced BI dashboards, reports, and analytical models that support business decision-making
- Translate business requirements into clear reporting and visualization solutions
- Build and maintain data models optimized for reporting and analytics
- Develop and optimize SQL queries to support reporting performance and scalability
- Collaborate with data engineers to ensure reliable data sources and well-structured datasets for reporting
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability across reporting solutions
- Work with stakeholders to identify key business metrics and KPIs
- Maintain and improve existing reporting solutions and dashboards
- Use modern BI tools to deliver intuitive, user-friendly visualizations and analytics
- Leverage AI capabilities within BI tools to enhance insights, forecasting, and automated analysis
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Reporting roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Tableau or Tableau Next (preferred) or other enterprise BI tools such as Power BI, Qlik, or MicroStrategy
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases
- Experience designing data models for reporting and analytics
- Experience building dashboards and reports used by business stakeholders
- Strong understanding of data visualization best practices and KPI design
- Ability to translate business questions into analytical and reporting solutions
Excellent analytical thinking and communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience working with data lakes or data warehouse environments
- Familiarity with Python for data analysis or automation
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Understanding of modern data stack and analytics architectures
- Experience working closely with data engineering teams
