Business Intelligence (BI) Developer

We are looking for an experienced BI Developer to join our team and take ownership of designing and delivering high-quality reporting and analytics solutions. In this role, you will transform data into meaningful insights by building scalable dashboards, reports, and analytical models that support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

You will work closely with data engineers and business stakeholders to ensure data is modeled, visualized, and delivered in a way that drives real business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced BI dashboards, reports, and analytical models that support business decision-making
• Translate business requirements into clear reporting and visualization solutions
• Build and maintain data models optimized for reporting and analytics
• Develop and optimize SQL queries to support reporting performance and scalability
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure reliable data sources and well-structured datasets for reporting
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability across reporting solutions
• Work with stakeholders to identify key business metrics and KPIs
• Maintain and improve existing reporting solutions and dashboards
• Use modern BI tools to deliver intuitive, user-friendly visualizations and analytics
• Leverage AI capabilities within BI tools to enhance insights, forecasting, and automated analysis
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Reporting roles
• Strong hands-on experience with Tableau or Tableau Next (preferred) or other enterprise BI tools such as Power BI, Qlik, or MicroStrategy
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases
• Experience designing data models for reporting and analytics
• Experience building dashboards and reports used by business stakeholders
  
• Strong understanding of data visualization best practices and KPI design
• Ability to translate business questions into analytical and reporting solutions
  Excellent analytical thinking and communication skills
  

Nice to Have

• Experience working with data lakes or data warehouse environments
• Familiarity with Python for data analysis or automation
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Understanding of modern data stack and analytics architectures
• Experience working closely with data engineering teams
