The Quality Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading and executing the Quality Assurance and Quality Control program across assigned projects, ensuring all systems and scopes are delivered in full compliance with project requirements and client expectations. This role drives a zero-defect mindset, ensures alignment between construction and commissioning, and maintains full visibility of system readiness. In mission-critical and hyperscale environments, the focus is on eliminating risk, enforcing quality standards, and delivering fully validated systems that perform on day one
Lead the QA/QC program across assigned projects from construction through commissioning and turnover
Develop and implement site-specific QA/QC plans aligned with project requirements and client standards
Oversee inspections, checklists, and documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Ensure all installations meet approved submittals, specifications, and OEM requirements
Drive a zero-defect mindset across all trades and field teams
Track, manage, and ensure full resolution of NCRs prior to testing and system energization
Maintain real-time visibility of system status, readiness, and quality metrics
Partner with MEP, Construction, and Commissioning teams to align installation with testing requirements
Support and validate system readiness prior to functional and integrated systems testing
Conduct quality audits and field reviews to ensure compliance with QA/QC processes
Identify risks, trends, and recurring issues, and implement corrective and preventive actions
Provide clear, direct communication to project leadership and clients on quality status and risks
Ensure all QA/QC documentation is complete, accurate, and turnover-ready
Mentor and support QA/QC Managers, Coordinators, and field personnel
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent field experience)
10+ years of experience in QA/QC, construction, or commissioning within MEP or related disciplines
Experience in data centers, mission-critical, or hyperscale environments strongly preferred
Proven experience leading QA/QC efforts on large, complex projects
Strong background in inspections, testing, documentation, and system turnover processes
Advanced understanding of QA/QC processes, standards, and lifecycle management
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, installation practices, and commissioning requirements
Proven leadership and team development skills
Ability to establish and enforce standards across multiple teams and projects
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and drive improvements
Direct and effective communication skills with field teams, leadership, and clients
High level of accountability with a focus on quality, consistency, and results
Ability to manage multiple priorities across fast-paced, high-demand environments
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause and long-term solutions

Proficiency in QA/QC and commissioning platforms such as CxAlloy or similar tools
