Business Intelligence Analyst

The Business Intelligence Analyst will translate business questions into clear, trustworthy insights by delivering high quality reports and dashboards using shared, governed data assets in Microsoft Fabric. This role combines business analysis, stakeholder partnership, and BI development to support decision making and drive adoption of self-service analytics across the organization.

Required:

• →1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related analytical role.
• →Experience gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into technical solutions and actionable deliverables.
• →Proficiency in Power BI, including the development and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• →Strong ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to understand needs, identify opportunities, and recommend solutions.

Preferred:

• →Experience writing and troubleshooting SQL queries to extract, analyze, and validate data.
• →Knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, and reporting best practices.
• →Experience supporting business intelligence, reporting, or data analytics initiatives.
• →Familiarity with translating complex business processes into scalable reporting and data solutions.
• →Experience working in healthcare, durable medical equipment (DME), or other regulated industries preferred.
