Responsibilities

Provide feedback on lead quality to sales and marketing teams.
Submit performance reports as requested.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth patient communication.
Maintain brand standards in all patient interactions.
Adhere to confidentiality, data protection, and professional ethics.
Requirements
~1 min readExperience in telesales, customer service, or call center roles (healthcare or medical tourism experience is a plus).
Strong communication and persuasion skills to build patient trust.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Comfortable using CRM systems and patient databases.
