We are welcoming applications from students currently undertaking a sandwich year as part of their university degree program.

  • Must be a second-year undergraduate student on an industrial placement year course returning to study in Autumn 2027
  • Must have the right to work in the UK already in place

We are a multi-national organisation within the dynamic world of entertainment seeking an HR intern to join our International Human Resources team – working on full spectrum support across our UK, European and Middle Eastern entities.The opportunity to make an impact is huge and the candidate we are seeking will be proactive, engaging, collaborative and capable of delivering high quality HR generalist support to customers and colleagues within a framework of best practice. You will be used to working to tight deadlines, really committing and working within a very fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills are vital, along with attention to detail, confidentiality, commitment and a willingness to work hard and get the job done. This placement year program follows a rotational structure. The first six months will be spent with the HR Operations team, followed by rotations across Global Mobility and Employee Relations for the remainder of the program.

The purpose of this role is to provide operational HR support to our UK, European and Middle Eastern entities, ensuring efficient employee lifecycle processes and maintaining a positive employee experience. The HR Intern will be responsible for various HR tasks and collaborating with different stakeholders.

  • Coordinating pre-start employment related checks, onboarding and off boarding of new starters and leavers
  • Coordinate recruitment activities by creating and closing job requisitions
  • Support operational aspects of employee transfers, relocations, cross-entity hires and mobility requests
  • Employee lifecycle administration support including processing of starters, leavers and job change information across UK and International territories
  • Assisting with immigration records and processes, ensuring we are in sync with Home Office requirements
  • Actively supervising the completion of probationary reviews to support performance management
  • Updating the HRIS
  • Benefits's administration
  • Responding to reference requests
  • Recording and processing invoices for payment in collaboration with the finance team
  • Support training activity including booking and setting up of rooms, sending out joining instructions and capturing course attendance
  • Schedule and assist with conducting company inductions
  • Monitor HR shared ticketing system, answering general queries, signposting where necessary
  • Working with relocation specialists to support mobility of employees
  • Maintaining employee records in HRIS and files
  • Updating HR related documents on the employee portal
  • Collaborate with HR teams in the UK, US and Asia to align global HR initiatives, benefits and policies
  • Preparing files for Audit
  • Support with HR project work and provide general administrative support
  • ER Investigations Support: Assist in the end-to-end investigation process, including the preparation of interview scripts, note-taking during interviews, and the organized collection and filing of evidence.
  • Offboarding Documentation Support: Assist in the preparation and drafting of documentation for employee departures, ensuring all records are accurate and organized according to internal guidelines and local labor regulations.
  • ER Project & Campaign Support: Assist in the implementation of ER initiatives and internal campaigns by preparing supporting materials, coordinating logistics for rollout sessions, and tracking project timelines.
  • Global Mobility Support: Pulling reports and data analysis, supporting with the drafting of presentations, posting articles on our Global Mobility channels, scheduling relocation briefings between Global Mobility and employees, assisting with the updating of our project management tool Monday.com.
