→Financial Services Expertise: Provide expert advice for Banks and Credit Unions to optimize and improve business operations using CRM automation

→Needs Analysis: Analyze client business processes to identify requirements and opportunities for CRM optimization.

→Training & Support: Develop training materials and deliver workshops for users and provide post-go-live support to ensure smooth adoption.

→Process Improvement: Automate repetitive tasks and develop workflows to streamline operations and enhance customer engagement.

→Solution Design and Architecture: Develop robust CRM system architectures and detailed designs based on client requirements.

→Agile Methodology: Participate in agile ceremonies and maintain project documentation, ensuring the successful delivery of CRM initiatives on time and within scope.

→Strategic and Tactical Execution: Bridge strategic planning with hands-on implementation. Build release plans, develop solutions, and ensure quality assurance through testing plans. Proactively identify and resolve potential issues.

→Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to the development of business applications and thought leadership content. Mentor junior consultants and support the growth of the CRM practice.
