Role Overview
DialogPay is hiring an AI-driven Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to manage social media, content production, and digital growth initiatives for DialogPay and Edarabia.

This role combines content creation, social media management, and AI-assisted digital marketing. Many tasks involve managing existing content workflows and repetitive posting schedules while also improving marketing performance using AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Manage social media accounts for DialogPay and Edarabia
  
• Schedule and publish posts across platforms
  
• Monitor engagement and respond to messages
  
• Maintain posting calendars and campaigns
  

Content Creation

• Create posts, captions, and articles using AI tools
  
• Assist with blog posts, newsletters, and marketing materials
  
• Repurpose existing content into multiple formats
  

Digital Marketing Support

• Assist with SEO content strategy
  
• Support digital campaigns and promotions
  
• Analyze engagement metrics and performance
  

AI-Assisted Marketing Workflows

• Use AI tools to improve content creation efficiency
  
• Automate repetitive marketing tasks
  
• Generate marketing assets and social content quickly
  

Required Skills

• Experience managing social media pages
  
• Strong writing and communication skills
  
• Familiarity with AI tools for content generation
  
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and SEO
  
• Ability to manage repetitive publishing workflows
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with Canva, Adobe tools, or similar
  
• Familiarity with scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.)
