Responsibilities

→Own the technical architecture of client and internal projects from
day one.
→Lead planning sessions with AI models (Claude, GPT, etc.) to design
systems and validate approaches before execution.
→Coordinate and mentor a team of developers: review work, unblock
them, keep delivery on track.
→Translate business requirements into clean, scalable technical
solutions.
→Set engineering standards for AI-assisted tooling.
→Communicate directly with international clients on calls, docs, and email.

Next.js in production (SSR, app router, deployment).
TypeScript, Tailwind, modern React ecosystem.
Node.js or backend experience for full-stack ownership.
GitHub or portfolio with Claude Code skills, agents, or AI-assisted projects.

Strong ReactJS experience in production:
