Job Title: Female Tour Guide & Brand Ambassador (Progressive & High-Energy)
Job Type: Full-time / Contract / Seasonal
Location: Lahore Office / Field Travel to Northern Pakistan
Salary: PKR 40,000 - PKR 80,000 per month + Travel Allowances

Key Responsibilities

• Group Leadership & Inclusivity: Confidently lead travel groups of diverse backgrounds, fostering an inclusive, welcoming, and open-minded environment for all tourists.
  
• Brand Representation & Content Creation: Act as the on-camera host for our social media channels (Reels, Vlogs, TikToks) during tours, bringing a bold, energetic, and progressive vibe to our brand's digital presence.
  
• Guest Engagement: Deliver engaging, informative, and objective commentary on regional culture, history, and geography. Maintain high group morale and keep the atmosphere lively and engaging.
  
• Safety & Crisis Management: Proactively handle on-road emergencies, weather disruptions, or logistical challenges with a calm, decisive, and authoritative leadership style.
  
• Vendor Coordination: Act as the primary on-ground liaison between our agency and local hospitality partners, transport providers, and field teams.
  

Requirements & Qualifications

• Personality Profile: Exceptionally outgoing, bold, resilient, and open-minded. Possesses a modern, progressive outlook with the ability to handle diverse social dynamics effortlessly.
  
• Communication: Outstanding public speaking and interpersonal skills. Must be a confident, expressive storyteller. Fluency in Urdu, Punjabi and English is required.
  
• Experience: Minimum of [1–2 years] of experience in tour guiding, event hosting, public relations, hospitality, or digital media. Experience navigating demanding outdoor terrains is a plus.
  
• Media Savvy: Completely comfortable in front of the camera, collaborating with our content team to produce engaging, high-vibe travel marketing materials.
  
• Licensing: Possession of a Department of Tourist Services (DTS) license is preferred, or a strong willingness to undergo certification.
  
• Physical Stamina: Ready and able to handle long road journeys and active outdoor trekking.
