Retirement Specialist - Taguig City

We are seeking a Retirement Specialist to join a fast-growing team in Taguig City. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their retirement planning and providing comprehensive support throughout the process.

• →Guide clients through their retirement options and benefits
• →Provide personalized consultations to assess clients' financial situations
• →Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings
• →Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions
• →Collaborate with team members to enhance the retirement services offered
• →Stay updated on relevant retirement policies and industry trends
• →Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics

• Must be a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
• Has solid experience with U.S. retirement plans (e.g., 401(k), annuities, life insurance), including withdrawals, applications, loans, and policy handling
• Background in voice and non-voice financial accounts is an advantage
• Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English
• Must be familiar with plan documents, procedures, and financial products/services
• Amenable to work on a hybrid set-up in Taguig City
• Amenable to work on shifting schedule
• Can start ASAP
