• →Draws up master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation Translates orders into a sequential work schedule.
• →Plans and schedules workflow for press and operation Confers with production and order entry staff to determine status of orders.
• →Works closely with Sales/Client Care to meet customer delivery requirements.
• →Expedites orders as agreed meet unforeseen conditions.
• →Assesses schedule performance and advises the team on status and preventive/corrective actions required.
• →Prepares reports as needed.

• 2:00pm - 10:30pm, Monday - Friday

• Ability to work with mathematical concepts.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
• Ability to work with multiple systems and create tools via excel or access
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
• Responsible for the planning and scheduling of materials through the production schedules
• May coordinate with purchasing, production, and engineering

• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand
• Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
• Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials
• Frequently required to move inside the facility
• Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)

• Two years related prepress, scheduling or print industry experience (Digital production preferred)
• Experience with front end order control and digital file processing applications
• Good verbal and written communication skills required for interaction with all levels of management, sales and production staff
