Be a Part of our Team!
Join a working team that is dedicated to the mission of the work we do!
Teaching Strategies is an innovative edtech organization focused on connecting teachers, children, and families. As front runners in the early childhood education market, we build dynamic, top-quality digital products that integrate all the essential elements of a high-quality solution: curriculum, assessment, professional development, and family engagement. We are building a team of results-oriented individuals who will thrive in a collaborative, work-hard/play-hard culture. We pride ourselves on the impact we have on the early childhood field through supporting teachers who are doing the most important work there is, teaching children to become creative, confident thinkers.
Position Overview
Teaching Strategies is seeking an Associate Product Manager (APM) to support the development and delivery of our Childcare Center Management platform, including billing, staffing, enrollment, and classroom operations.
You will work closely with Product leadership, Engineering, and Design to deliver high-quality product experiences quickly and effectively. This role is designed for someone who is excited to both leverage AI in how products are built and contribute to AI-powered features that improve customer workflows.
Success in this role will involve using AI development practices to efficiently build requirements and prototypes for key features that will deliver administrator workflows that are intuitive and effective as well as supporting the successful launch and adoption of AI-powered features. You will contribute to improving key metrics like active usage, engagement and customer satisfaction and use data and experimentation to inform decisions and priorities.
