Who are we looking for?
We're on the hunt for a strong Senior Product Designer who’s ready to bring real value to a fast-scaling SaaS product and isn’t afraid to own big decisions. You’ll work under the guidance of our Lead Designer and collaborate closely with PMs and engineers to craft intuitive, scalable, and elegant user experiences across our web and mobile platforms.

What will you do?

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to design simple and powerful user experiences across our platform (web + mobile)
• Own the end-to-end design process: from discovery and user research to wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and clickable prototypes
• Use AI-assisted prototyping tools (e.g., Claude, Bolt, Replit, Cursor) to explore faster and iterate smarter
• Conduct structured user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions
• Contribute to and evolve our design system — ensuring clarity, consistency, and scale
• Present and justify design decisions to cross-functional stakeholders with confidence and clarity

Requirements:

• 5+ years of product design experience in SaaS/B2B tech
• Strong expertise in Figma — components, variants, properties, auto-layout, and full design system logic
• Proven experience in user research, testing, and applying insights to create outstanding user experiences
• A portfolio that showcases thoughtful UI/UX work across desktop and mobile products
• Familiarity with or interest in AI-powered prototyping tools (Claude, Bolt, Cursor, Replit, etc.)
• A strategic mindset and ability to balance user needs with business goals
• Excellent communication skills — you know how to bring the “why” behind your work
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher (mandatory)
• Bonus: Experience in HR Tech or HRM/HRIS platforms
