• →Associate’s degree in HR, Business, or equivalent work experience.

• →0-2 years of relevant talent acquisition experience, preferred.

• →Able to work through challenges and be a self-starter.

• →Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (OneDrive).

• →Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.

• →Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

• →Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

• →Commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality of employee and company information.

• →Must be authorized to work in the United States
