Since 2014, we’ve partnered with 200+ global clients, building impactful solutions in Healthcare, Cloud, and Cybersecurity - from telemedicine platforms to AI-driven diagnostics. Now, we need someone who can fuel our sales pipeline with high-quality leads and help scale both TechMagic and its subsidiaries.

• Understand the specifics of outsourcing marketing: long deal cycles, building trust through expertise rather than advertising
• Don’t wait for ideal conditions - you test hypotheses, learn and move forward

Requirements
~1 min read• 1 - 2 years of practical marketing experience (B2B, preferably in IT or SaaS/outsourcing)
• An understanding of the principles of demand generation and lead nurturing
• Experience working with at least one channel: LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, email marketing, SEO
• Ability to write copy for a technical audience — CTOs, VPs of Engineering, healthcare product owners
• AI-first approach to work: ChatGPT / Claude / Perplexity for content, research, automation
• HubSpot, Apollo, Instantly or similar — experience or the ability to learn quickly
• Basic knowledge of analytics: Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights
• English B2 and above — most materials, communications and the target audience are English-speaking
Responsibilities
~1 min readYour main objective is to build and maintain a high-quality pipeline of potential clients (MQL → SQL). Specifically:
• Developing and launching outbound and inbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, content)
• Generating leads through organic content, paid channels and partnerships
• Writing content for a B2B audience in the healthtech niche: landing pages, case studies, white papers, email sequences
• Collaborating with the sales team to align marketing with the actual deal cycle
• Analysing funnel metrics and continuously optimising conversions
• Active use of AI tools to scale activities without increasing resources
