Project Manager – Capital Projects (CAPEX)

Technical & Engineering Consulting LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead capital projects within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on and capable of executing projects from concept through startup with minimal ramp-up time.

• → Lead CAPEX projects from:
  • → Design & engineering
  • → Construction & installation
  • → Commissioning & startup
• → Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and execution activities
• → Coordinate contractors and field activities
• → Review and define:
  • → URS
  • → Equipment specifications
  • → Layouts and process flows
• → Support vendor evaluations and technical selections
• → Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Facilities, Quality, and Validation teams
• → Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with GMP standards

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of Project Management experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or GMP-regulated industries
• Strong experience managing CAPEX projects end-to-end
• Experience with construction, commissioning, and startup activities
• Proficiency with MS Project or equivalent tools
• Strong leadership and communication skills

• PMP Certification
• GMP and validation knowledge

• On-site pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
• Hands-on field execution role
