Senior Telecom Software Engineer (5G Core, IMS, SIP/VoIP, Go)

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineer to help build and scale a next-generation wireless telecom platform. As one of the first engineering hires, you will play a critical role in designing core telecom infrastructure, building scalable backend systems, and shaping the overall technical architecture of the company.

• → Design and develop LTE/5G core network components.
• → Build and optimize IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem) infrastructure.
• → Develop telecom services using SIP, RTP, Diameter, and SS7 protocols.
• → Build scalable backend services and APIs.
• → Develop orchestration layers connecting telecom systems, eSIM provisioning platforms, and internal services.
• → Develop customer-facing self-service portals and management dashboards.
• → Deploy and manage cloud-native applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong backend engineering experience.
• Experience with Rust or Go.
• Experience with distributed systems and microservices.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
• Ability to work independently in a startup environment.

• Programming: Rust, Go, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript
• Cloud: AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, NoSQL
• Telecom: LTE/5G, IMS, SIP, RTP, Diameter, SS7, VoIP, eSIM

• Telecom/Wireless industry experience.
• MVNO/MNO platform experience.
• eSIM provisioning and activation knowledge.
• Low-latency real-time systems experience.
• Infrastructure-as-Code expertise.
