Job Summary

Tenaska Marketing Ventures (TMV) is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized Associate Gas Scheduling Analyst or Gas Scheduling Analyst to join our Gas Scheduling team in Omaha, NE. The final title will be determined based on the selected candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications.

This role serves as a foundational position within TMV’s commercial operations and is designed to develop the knowledge, skills, and industry expertise necessary to independently manage natural gas scheduling activities. Through structured training and hands-on experience, the Associate or Analyst will learn to coordinate and execute the accurate and timely nomination of natural gas purchases and sales, storage transactions, asset management agreements, and pipeline transportation arrangements to support TMV’s customer and commercial obligations.

The Associate or Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring operational accuracy, maintaining data integrity, and supporting the reliable execution of natural gas transactions. Working closely with internal commercial, risk, accounting, and operations teams, as well as external counterparties and pipeline operators, this individual will provide timely information, resolve operational issues, and contribute to the efficient management of TMV’s natural gas portfolio. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
